You will participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and product knowledge. Responsibilities

  • Connect personally with clients to understand their health insurance needs.
  • Recommend appropriate health insurance options and explain their benefits clearly and accurately.
  • Train and develop other team members in sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Participate in required sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with company owners, general managers, and HR directors.
