About the position

Chadwell Supply is seeking a Territory Sales Manager who is smart, innovative, and hard-working to join our family. This position is fully remote and offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 based on experience, along with mileage reimbursement and uncapped commission opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our products and services to both current and potential customers. You will distribute various sales and marketing materials, develop presentations, quotes, and proposals, and maintain professional relationships with customer decision-makers. Your daily activities will include visiting and calling on multiple customers, preparing a call schedule, and identifying sales prospects. You will also be expected to troubleshoot customer issues, assist the Accounts Receivable Department in collecting past due payments, and seek out strategic customer and competitor information to enhance sales penetration. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual who is proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkers are essential. A valid driver's license and a vehicle capable of significant travel are also required. Responsibilities

  • Presents and sells Company products and services to current and potential customers.
  • Distributes various sales and marketing materials such as product catalogs, sales flyers, corporate brochures, and cut sheets.
  • Develops basic presentations, quotes, and proposals for individual customers and groups as needed.
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains professional relationships with customer decision-makers and associates alike.
  • Visits and calls on multiple customers and prospects each day.
  • Prepares and follows a daily, weekly, and monthly call schedule for current and potential customers.
  • Identifies sales prospects and contacts these, and other accounts, as assigned in a prioritized manner.
  • Promptly identifies and troubleshoots customer issues and concerns using Company-approved methods and guidelines.
  • Assists and supports the Accounts Receivable Department in the collection of past due monies by gathering desired information and submitting critical information.
  • Seeks out strategic customer/competitor information and data utilizing only ethical means to promote greater sales penetration and improve customer relations.
  • Utilizes numerous Company sales reports to capture, support, and expand sales growth and penetration.
  • Provides or assists on-the-job training for new and/or current associates.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkers.
  • Must have a vehicle capable of significant travel.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
