We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Sales Manager for the Miami area. The ideal candidate will be a proven 1-call closer with a strong track record in sales, particularly in the windows and doors industry. This position is crucial for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the Miami region. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting in-home sales presentations, and closing deals on the first call. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders will be key to your success. You will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities will also be part of your role. This position offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. The role is full-time and contract-based, with a schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, but weekends may be required as needed.   • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
