About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Ganz is responsible for driving sales and building relationships within a designated territory. This role involves daily fieldwork to engage with customers, promote products, and expand the company's market presence in the gift industry. The position offers a competitive base salary along with commission opportunities, comprehensive training, and support from a dedicated management team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and build relationships with customers in the designated territory.
  • Conduct daily field visits to engage with clients and promote products.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Nurture existing accounts and establish new ones through strategic planning and outreach.
  • Collaborate with the management team and participate in mentorship initiatives.

Requirements

  • A four-year degree and/or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside or retail sales, preferably in the wholesale gift, home decor, or fashion apparel industry.
  • Ability to travel throughout the territory using a personal vehicle five days a week.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a confident, outgoing personality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in technology, including the ability to operate an iPad and utilize Microsoft Office programs.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms.
