As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships that are founded on trust. This role is pivotal in expanding your territory with the support of comprehensive training, advanced tools, and a diverse product offering that enables you to excel in the field daily. You will have the flexibility to be based anywhere within your sales territory, with regular visits to your Uline Branch or Sales Office to foster collaboration and support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts within your territory.
  • Bring in new business opportunities.
  • Provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with the assistance of the sales support team.
  • Plan your week effectively, spending Mondays in the office and making face-to-face customer visits from Tuesday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred, but thorough training will be provided.
  • Valid driver's license with a great driving record is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills are essential.
