About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at BCI Acrylic, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the West territory. With over 20 years of consistent double-digit growth, BCI Acrylic is the largest 1-day bath manufacturer in the U.S., and we are looking for a driven individual to manage, develop, and recruit new dealers in this region. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $250,000 and a 5% commission on quarterly growth. You will be responsible for learning our sales and business development methodology, with full training provided to ensure your success in managing individual dealers and helping their local dealerships thrive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in in-home sales or experience managing or developing a home remodeling company. This role requires self-management abilities and a commitment to executing our company's vision. You will be expected to organize and conduct training sessions with authorized dealers, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their local markets. Overnight travel is a requirement, and all travel expenses, including hotels, meals, and car mileage, will be fully covered. Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and recruit new dealers in the West territory.
  • Learn and implement the company's sales and business development methodology.
  • Fully manage individual dealers and assist their local dealerships in prospering.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions with authorized dealers.
  • Travel overnight as required to support dealers in the territory.

Requirements

  • At least three to five years of in-home sales experience with home improvement building products (e.g., windows, siding, roofing, doors).
  • Maintain a valid and clean driving record.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently from a home office.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills.
  • Driver's License (Required).
