About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of our sales culture, which is built on strong customer relationships founded on trust. This role allows you to manage and grow your own territory, supported by comprehensive training, top-notch tools, and an extensive product offering. Uline is committed to your success, providing you with four weeks of initial training followed by a 12-week mentorship program. You will also participate in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure you are equipped to excel in your role. In this position, you will have the autonomy to manage accounts across various industries, with opportunities to explore new markets. You will design your day to balance work and life effectively, spending assigned days in the office with your peers to plan face-to-face customer visits. Your responsibilities will include managing existing accounts, bringing in new business, and providing effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations. You will deliver legendary customer service with the support of our dedicated sales team, ensuring that your clients receive the best possible experience with Uline's extensive catalog of over 40,000 quality products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts within your territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but thorough training will be provided.
  • Valid driver's license and a great driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Presentation skills.
