About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships based on trust, which is the cornerstone of our sales culture. This role allows you to manage and grow your territory with the support of comprehensive training, advanced tools, and an extensive product offering. Uline is committed to your success, providing a robust onboarding experience that includes four weeks of training followed by a 12-week mentorship program. You will also participate in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure you are equipped to excel in your role. In this position, you will have the autonomy to manage accounts across various industries, with opportunities to explore new markets. You will be the “CEO” of your territory, responsible for not only maintaining existing accounts but also bringing in new business. Your role will involve conducting annual, on-site customer consultations where you will provide effective business solutions and recommendations from our extensive catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivering legendary customer service is paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales support team to help you achieve this. You will have the flexibility to structure your schedule with work-life balance in mind, spending assigned days in the office with your peers to plan face-to-face customer visits. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous sales experience is required.
  • Valid driver's license with a great driving record.
