About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships based on trust, which is the cornerstone of our sales culture. This role offers you the opportunity to manage and grow your own territory, supported by comprehensive training, top-notch tools, and an extensive product offering that enables you to succeed in the field every day. You will have the flexibility to be based anywhere within your sales territory, with regular visits to your Uline Branch or Sales Office. Your journey begins with an extensive training program that lasts four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship program. You will also participate in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure your success. As the “CEO” of your territory, you will manage accounts across various industries and have the chance to explore new markets. Your work schedule will be designed to promote a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to spend assigned days in the office with your peers while planning face-to-face customer visits. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, leveraging our catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivering legendary customer service will be a key part of your role, supported by our dedicated sales support team.

Requirements
