The Territory Sales Manager will play a crucial role in presenting and selling our products and services to both current and potential customers, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with customer decision-makers and associates. You will be expected to visit and call on multiple customers and prospects each day, preparing and following a daily, weekly, and monthly call schedule. Your ability to effectively communicate and troubleshoot customer issues will be essential in promoting greater sales penetration and improving customer relations. Additionally, you will assist the Accounts Receivable Department in the collection of past due monies, ensuring that all activities are performed in accordance with company guidelines.
