About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Aura Healthcare is responsible for driving sales of Specialty Respiratory & Diabetic medical equipment in the Northern Indiana territory. The position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with the potential for a six-figure income, and emphasizes the importance of teamwork and continuous improvement within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Market Specialty Respiratory & Diabetic medical equipment in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, hospitals, and clinics.
• Complete marketing call logs to track sales activities.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company.
• Maintain a positive and constructive attitude in all interactions.
• Adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• 1 year of medical sales experience required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in marketing.
