The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building key relationships with optometrists and ophthalmologists in the territory. This role involves recruiting these doctors to recommend our company's nutriceutical products and working closely with their practices to implement a sales process that ensures a seamless flow of patient recommendations and sales. The Territory Sales Manager will also conduct staff-training meetings where they will run presentations to educate staff on PRN Vision Group products, maximizing opportunities to expand the use of the product portfolio in the territory. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, including planning and hosting dinner meetings, webinars, and conversations with doctors to generate interest and educate them on our products. The Territory Sales Manager will also attend and represent the company at industry events, such as trade shows and conferences, and will be expected to travel up to 20%. Additionally, they will manage mass communications with doctors and their practices, keeping track of all interactions in our information system, NetSuite, and accurately entering and maintaining customer information. Collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and inside sales team is essential to maximize business from different types of accounts, including key accounts, prospects, and win backs. The role also involves developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and industry trends, reporting on sales activities, results, and pipeline in NetSuite, and developing relationships with key opinion leaders while working with customer service teams to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
