About the position

The Territory Sales Representative at Brightspeed is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with property management and sales operations in contracted communities. The role focuses on increasing fiber penetration in Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) and Single-Family Home (SFH) communities by managing marketing agreements and collaborating with community sales personnel. The representative will utilize interpersonal skills to achieve sales goals and ensure compliance with contract terms while advocating for marketing materials distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Build effective relationships with property staff and residents in assigned modules.
  • Execute key sales and marketing activities to increase fiber penetration in the property or HOA community.
  • Develop knowledge of the business climate, industry trends, applications, and competitive landscape.
  • Participate actively in property implementation and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to assess property performance and understand contract terms and responsibilities defined in marketing agreements.
  • Experience in sales and marketing within the telecommunications or related industry.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing marketing agreements in a sales context.
  • Familiarity with fiber optic technologies and broadband services.
