We are looking for an Outside Retail Sales Specialist to consult with Independent Convenience Stores. This role is crucial for building relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met through our products and services. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting our offerings, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. In this position, you will utilize your personal vehicle to travel to various locations, targeting top stores based on client data. You will provide accurate information regarding product performance, merchandising fixtures, and innovations. Additionally, you will answer customer inquiries about specific products, conduct price and feature comparisons, and manage merchandise returns. Coordination with the Retail Supervisor is essential, as is the ability to inform retailers about special offers and provide valuable customer feedback. You will also be expected to record your visits using a mobile retail app and stay updated on new products and services. The role involves minimal overnight travel, estimated at 1-4 nights per month.
