About the position

The Home Depot Territory Sales Representative position is focused on developing and growing sales of Cabinetworks Group products within the Las Vegas, NV, Arizona, and Palm Springs territory. The role involves building relationships with kitchen designers, pro desk personnel, and outside sales representatives to leverage brand loyalty and market share growth. The representative will analyze the territory for growth opportunities and execute strategies to meet sales goals. This position requires significant travel (85%) and reports to the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Build and leverage business relationships with kitchen designers, pro desk, outside sales reps, and store management.
  • Conduct 4-6 store calls daily or as determined by management.
  • Collaborate with the internal Sales Operations team to maximize efficiency and execution of daily tasks.
  • Analyze sales, service, and marketing reports to develop a tactical sales plan.
  • Execute KPIs connected to Cabinetworks Group global strategies.
  • Maintain and update display presence in showrooms.
  • Proactively address product, warranty, and service issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of selling experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated capability to resolve conflict and make decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively.
  • Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to travel daily within assigned region and quarterly beyond region.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Kitchen and Bath or Home Center sales experience.
  • Ability to measure dimensional spaces.
  • Cabinetry knowledge.
  • 2020 or similar design software skills.
  • Comfortability with public speaking.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
