About the position

The Territory Sales Representative at MedFleet, LLC is responsible for managing a specific geographic area to drive sales and increase market share in the medical courier industry. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and excellent customer service skills, who enjoys building relationships with healthcare providers. The position is commission-only, with a significant earning potential based on performance, and involves extensive travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Design strategic sales plans and deploy targeted prospecting campaigns to unearth new business opportunities.
  • Employ creative sales tactics to keep pipelines brimming with closable deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
  • Utilize technology to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
  • Attend national, regional, and territory trade shows and meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
  • Previous experience in outside medical sales or account management is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Magnetic consultative selling ability to quickly build lucrative client relationships.
  • Knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical, or laboratory sales is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Top-tier written and communication skills to conduct mesmerizing sales presentations and nail negotiations.
  • Proficiency leveraging sales tools like CRM, Microsoft office suite (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook), and social selling tactics.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in outside medical sales or account management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical, or laboratory sales is a plus.
