About the position

The Medical Sales Representative for Total Wound Supply is responsible for driving sales in the San Antonio area, focusing on wound care products and services. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets through a commission-based compensation structure. The position is field-based, requiring significant travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referring agencies to promote wound care services.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client and agency satisfaction and follow up on referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Actively represent Total Wound Supply at industry events and in the field.
• Work with internal teams to execute plans for new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Medical sales experience required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve goals.
• Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, multi-tasking, and time management.
• Reliable transportation.
