Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers and opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
  • Perform cold calling to generate interest in our products/services and schedule appointments with prospects.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction between the company and clients.
  • Execute territory sales strategies to maximize outreach and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for successful selling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong lead generation skills with the ability to identify potential clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
  • Excellent cold calling techniques that foster engagement and interest from prospects.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relations.
  • Experience in territory sales, demonstrating the ability to manage accounts within designated regions.
  • A solid understanding of outside sales dynamics, including prospecting, presenting, and closing techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear articulation of value propositions.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and professional development.
