About the position

The Territory Vendor Manager (TVM) at Alff Construction is responsible for managing vendor activities and maintaining relationships with both new and existing vendors and clients. This role involves receiving maintenance requests, selecting appropriate service providers, ensuring quality assurance, and compliance documentation. The TVM will work primarily from the Coeur d'Alene, ID office with a hybrid work model, requiring three days onsite and two days remote. The position demands strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a general knowledge of facility maintenance and construction services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential vendors.
• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with vendors.
• Develop and submit proposals for new projects, keeping budgets, costs, and margins in mind.
• Procure and onboard vendors while maintaining contractual documentation.
• Verify vendor job completion and customer satisfaction/job approval.
• Approve vendor work completion for payment.
• Approve work orders for customer invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Service Channel is highly preferred.
• 3+ years' experience working with vendors, agreements, contracts, scopes of work.
• Previous experience in vendor management.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be 21 years old.
