About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at AirMedCare Network is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales of emergency air transport services within a designated territory that includes Houston, Trinity, Walker, Angelina, Cherokee, and Anderson counties. This position is hybrid, requiring the candidate to work 90% onsite and 10% remotely, and candidates must reside within 50 to 75 miles of Crockett, Texas. The role offers an annual salary range of $35,000 to $180,000, with uncapped commission potential, allowing for significant earnings based on performance. In this role, the Territory Sales Manager will engage with the local community to generate leads for new business. This includes a variety of sales activities such as cold calling, leveraging customer referrals, and participating in community networking events. The manager will collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and attract prospects. The position requires completing the full sales cycle, which encompasses introduction and discovery, needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up and management of client relationships. The Territory Sales Manager will be tasked with building a robust pipeline of both B2C and B2B customers to meet and exceed sales targets. This involves closing deals that align with AirMedCare Network's objectives and practices, ensuring that the services provided meet the needs of the community effectively. The role is integral to the mission of AirMedCare Network, which is part of Global Medical Response, the largest medical transportation company in the world, dedicated to delivering compassionate and quality medical care.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, community involvement, and networking events.
  • Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up.
  • Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers to achieve sales and company goals/targets.
  • Close smart business consistent with AMCN's objectives and practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred.
  • Knowledge of the emergency medical transport industry, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
