Insperity is seeking a TES Integration Solutions Manager who will play a pivotal role in working with our Traditional Employment Solutions (TES) clients to design, implement, and support integration workflows and technologies. This position requires collaboration with internal Insperity teams, third-party technology and platform vendors, and client technology staff to achieve integration goals. The successful candidate will function as an expert in TES technologies and integration strategies, methods, and platforms, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and solutions. The TES Integration Solutions Manager will leverage deep technology knowledge and experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Point of Sale (POS), financial systems, and business domains to orchestrate integration projects. This includes providing proof of concept by building sandbox systems and demonstrating full-scale integration solutions to prospects, clients, or internal teams. The role involves designing, building, documenting, and executing API and file-based integrations using common industry file-sharing platforms, as well as leveraging third-party workflow and automation tools to create effective integration solutions. In addition to technical skills, the position requires strong consulting abilities to define project scope, visualize, and document integration workflows based on client requests. The TES Integration Solutions Manager will also be responsible for identifying trends in integration requests and sharing insights with product management to propose new integration avenues for long-term growth. Building relationships of trust with clients, Insperity teams, and third-party vendors is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a user-friendly manner. This role is critical in providing long-term integration support to clients and internal teams, ensuring they meet their strategic objectives as they grow. The successful candidate will also mentor and share knowledge with Insperity Sales, Implementation, and Service teams, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances overall service delivery.
