About the position

We are seeking a seasoned API Automation Tester to build and maintain automated testing frameworks. The role involves collaborating closely with development teams to ensure quality standards are met in every release, utilizing modern API automation tools and programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute API automation scripts using Karate Framework.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous delivery.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in API automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with API automation tools such as Karate, Rest Assured, or RestSharp.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or C#.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in cloud-based API testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL for database validations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
