About the position
Join our Qt Professional Services team in Boston, MA, as an experienced Test Automation Engineer, where you'll support and enhance client test automation solutions and develop new ones from scratch. This role involves enhancing existing automation solutions, providing training, and collaborating with a proactive team to drive improvements.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and develop client test automation solutions
- Provide training as needed
Requirements
- 3-5 years of software testing experience
- Proficiency with test automation tools; experience with Squish or Coco preferred
- Strong team player with a proactive, improvement-driven mindset
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks like Squish and Robot Framework
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or Perl
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with code coverage and static analysis tools
- Proficiency in continuous integration systems
- Knowledge of Qt, C++, and object-oriented programming
