As a Test Data Architect, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and managing our Test Data Architecture. You will provide guidance to testing teams that are performing a variety of functional testing and quality tasks during all phases of a given development process. This role involves working closely with internal clients, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and developers to recommend, design, and implement effective orchestration of Test Data Management Solutions. You will develop and maintain the strategy roadmap and set up appropriate data management solutions. If you want to play an important role in the development and implementation of a test data management team and quality Engineering platform, this opportunity is right for you. You will be accountable for driving and producing high-level Test Data architecture/creation and management artifacts that include the current/future state of our program. You will utilize critical thinking, decision-making, and independent judgment skillsets that support corporate objectives, and produce a positive customer experience by practicing effective communication and being available to provide guidance and mentor others. In this role, you will work with a highly skilled leadership team focused on innovation, process improvements, and honing a strategic path into the future. You will create roadmaps within QA and QE that will have a strong impact on many of WPS's business areas and the company as a whole, working in a transformative environment focused on strategic quality, deployment, and development throughout the company. You will be a thought leader at WPS and see the fruits of your efforts realized through modernization and innovation, while serving our nation's military, veterans, Guard and Reserves, and Medicare beneficiaries.
