About The Position

AMDEX.ai is seeking a seasoned Test Engineer Level III to provide senior support in designing and maintaining automated tests, executing tests, and mentoring other test team members on test automation technologies and processes. The role involves formulating and implementing a comprehensive test strategy, identifying suitable test scenarios for automation, and developing and maintaining automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks. The Test Engineer will also participate in Agile ceremonies, document test results, and assist with performance and security testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years of experience.
• Experience in designing and executing performance tests to assess system scalability and performance.
• Experience with security testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Experience in automated test scripts, CI/CD integration, creating test cases, and quality assessment.
• Experience developing test plans and testing strategy documentation.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or related tool.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive test strategy, outlining the overall testing approach, methodologies, and tools to be employed.
• Identify suitable test scenarios for automation and prioritize based on business impact.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline when possible.
• Execute and monitor regression tests, regularly updating and enhancing test suites as appropriate.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide input to refine testing processes and methodologies for increasing efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to knowledge share and stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Document test results, defects, and test coverage within Azure DevOps (or related tool).
• Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Generate summary reports for stakeholders highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Design and execute performance tests to assess system scalability and performance.
• Assist with security testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop performance and security testing reports.
