Responsibilities

  • Create and implement test plans and test cases based on user stories.
  • Conduct thorough testing of software developed for the Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Utilize automation testing tools to generate data and execute test cases.
  • Document test results and communicate defects to the development team.
  • Collaborate with developers and engineers to improve software quality.
  • Evaluate software performance and ensure it meets user expectations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a test engineer.
  • 2+ years of experience with automation testing in Java or Python.
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL.
  • Experience with test automation tools, Middleware Messaging technologies, and RESTful APIs.
  • TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience implementing automated testing using cloud tools.
  • Experience with web-based and message bus testing.
  • Experience with AF DCGS development.
