About The Position
The Test Lead position is responsible for planning, deploying, and managing the testing efforts for a project module to ensure compliance with client and internal quality standards. This role involves participating in discussions to understand functional and design specifications, developing automated test scripts, maintaining test case suites, and ensuring the necessary test environments are up to date. The Test Lead will also create reusable test automation frameworks, develop test strategies, and mentor QA engineers to enhance their technical skills and productivity.
