About The Position
The Test Manager will provide DE testing support for High Power Microwaves (HPM) and High Energy Lasers (HEL) platforms at Kirtland AFB, NM. This role involves coordinating personnel shifts, executing test organization for USAF campaigns, and leading technical efforts in various experiments. The Test Manager will also mentor new hires and ensure adherence to Air Force and DoD regulations while maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.
