About the position

The position involves serving as a Test Planner for the Digital Theater Logistics Plan (DTLP) Agile Reaction Test (ART) project. The role is focused on developing, testing, and evaluating operating instructions that describe the business rules and data architecture necessary for the Digital Theater Logistics Plan. The Test Planner will lead a small technical team, ensuring that test events are conducted according to established plans and guidelines, while also coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Test Planner for the DTLP Agile Reaction Test project.
• Lead the DTLP contract team and report to the DTLP Contract Project Manager and government Test Director.
• Develop a test project plan and detailed test plans in collaboration with the contract team and sponsoring organizations.
• Conduct risk reduction test events in preparation for field tests.
• Coordinate data collection requirements with exercise event coordinators.
• Attend exercise planning conferences and lead training for data collectors.
• Ensure test events are conducted in accordance with the Project Master Plan and Detailed Test Plan.
• Assist in providing input to the project's work breakdown structure and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5-8 years' experience in Test Planning and Exercise Planning.
• Experience leading small technical test and evaluation project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous JT&E project management experience within the last five years.
• Experience with CCMD Exercise Planning, preferably USINDOPACOM.
• Logistics planning experience in the Joint Planning Process.
• CCMD/Service HQ experience in mobility-redeployment planning.
• IT data architecture experience.
• Infrastructure Analyst experience with a focus on DoD budgetary processes.
