About the position

The Test Planner role at Scientific Research Corporation involves leading the Digital Theater Logistics Plan (DTLP) Agile Reaction Test (ART) project. This position is responsible for developing, testing, and evaluating operating instructions and data architecture for the DTLP. The Test Planner will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful execution of test events and compliance with project plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead Test Planner for the DTLP ART project.
• Develop a test project plan and detailed test plans in collaboration with the project manager and government test director.
• Conduct risk reduction test events and coordinate data collection requirements with exercise event coordinators.
• Attend exercise planning conferences and lead training for data collectors.
• Ensure test events are conducted in accordance with the Project Master Plan and Joint Test & Evaluation Handbook.
• Assist in providing input to the project's work breakdown structure and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5-8 years' experience in Test Planning and Exercise Planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous JT&E project management experience within the last five years.
• Experience with CCMD Exercise Planning, preferably USINDOPACOM.
• Experience in logistics planning in the Joint Planning Process.
