About The Position
The Patient Account Representative for SMRMC or MS Cancer Institute is responsible for managing patient accounts with a focus on coordination of benefits, subrogation, and compliance with government regulations. This role requires strong accounting and business office skills, as well as excellent public relations abilities to address patient inquiries and complaints. The representative will assist with the orientation and management of personnel and is expected to work professionally with various stakeholders, including patients and medical staff.
