• Perform internal control functions and monitor controls for effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure a robust internal control framework is maintained.
• Perform and monitor key controls and evaluate control effectiveness.
• Thoroughly document findings.
• Recommend actions to increase internal control effectiveness.
• Educate crew and management about the importance of operational controls.
• Act as a consultant during projects/process changes to guide decision-making.
• Respond to and research internal control related issues.
• Develop and deliver monthly control monitoring reporting results with context and resolutions to exceptions.
• Foster positive relationships with peers, management, and business partners.
• Influence departments to adhere to control objectives.
• Monitor controls to assess management's exposure and provide monitoring tools to increase effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve control effectiveness.
• Present recommendations to management and implement solutions.
• Keep management informed by communicating progress.
• Support the review of daily control reports within critical deadlines.
• Develop and prepare monthly control deficiency reporting as assigned.
• Assist in developing and updating relevant monthly dashboards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere.
