About the position

The Testing/QA Analyst at TD Bank is responsible for providing comprehensive testing solutions for various applications and projects. This role involves research, analysis, design, execution, and maintenance of testing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in project delivery. The analyst will work closely with project management teams, manage defect resolution, and develop test strategies, contributing to the overall success of the technology solutions provided by the bank.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to the project management team and coordinate testing efforts.
• Manage the defect management and resolution process, acting as the primary contact for testing on projects.
• Identify testing risks and coordinate the test environment.
• Write scripts and scenarios according to QA methodology.
• Lead the development and delivery of test strategies for less complex projects.
• Build relationships and collaborate with team members to identify solutions and resolve problems.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in testing or quality assurance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Co-Brand Credit Cards.
• Automation experience with TOSCA strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Superb time management skills.
