About the position

The Texas Licensed Lead Clinician position at Deployed Services in Del Rio, TX, is a leadership role focused on providing critical support to children facing significant challenges. The Lead Clinician will supervise a team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care while engaging directly with children and their families. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide a team of experienced clinicians.
  • Deliver critical services to children and their families.
  • Conduct clinical evaluations and direct engagement with clients.
  • Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care is provided.
  • Manage team responsibilities and support staff development.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
  • Licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Doctoral-level psychologist (LP) in Texas.
  • 5 years of post-licensure experience in child development and trauma-centered care.
  • 2 years of management and staff supervision experience.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS).
  • Pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check.
