Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of experienced clinicians.
- Deliver critical services to children and their families.
- Conduct clinical evaluations and direct engagement with clients.
- Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care is provided.
- Manage team responsibilities and support staff development.
Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
- Licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Doctoral-level psychologist (LP) in Texas.
- 5 years of post-licensure experience in child development and trauma-centered care.
- 2 years of management and staff supervision experience.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS).
- Pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check.
