About the position

The Creative and Digital Media position at Premier Gold Silver and Coin involves enhancing the company's digital marketing initiatives. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to design and develop digital components, including website content, digital advertising, and social media engagement, to elevate the company's online presence and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Generate and share video content for promotional use on social media platforms.
• Provide technical and creative support for all digital platforms, including videos.
• Create and maintain a library of video clips for future use and coordinate footage sharing with other departments and possibly external media.
• Support updating and coordinating the company's digital signage.
• Produce appropriately branded college and departmental graphics.
• Ensure web content is optimized for search engines and meets accessibility standards.
• Apply and analyze web metrics for measuring campaigns and programs.
• Monitor website for outdated content and refresh as needed.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and colleagues on content layout solutions to improve user experience.
• Assist with social media design, content development, and placement.
• Leverage communication platforms to post visuals that tell the Premier story.
• Stay informed about new and emerging media and web technologies.
• Assist with other marketing and communications projects.
• Participate in company projects that promote shared governance.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, including experience developing and promoting content for the web and social media.
• Analytical and organizational skills; advanced computer skills with knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets & Docs, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using content management systems and social media account management.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain cooperative working relationships.
• High degree of integrity; ability to problem solve, be a team player, think critically, and be collaborative.
• Ability to juggle multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to film and edit content.
• Experience posting on Twitter, TikTok, and Meta.
