About the position
The Dog Bark is seeking a dedicated Daycare Attendant/Shift Leader who is passionate about working with dogs and providing excellent customer service. This role involves starting in the play area with dogs and transitioning to customer-facing duties over time. The ideal candidate should be a multi-tasker who is comfortable in a physically demanding environment and is willing to work weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and care for dogs in the play area.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks using computers.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the daycare environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive experience for dogs and their owners.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience with customer service is essential.
- Ability to work on weekends as needed.
- Comfortable with physical demands of the job, including being on feet for long periods.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks is helpful but not required.
