About the position

The Group Account Director at The Kitchen by Kraft Heinz is responsible for overseeing a team of Account Directors, Supervisors, and Executives. This role focuses on proactively shaping the agency to meet the needs of Kraft Heinz brands, ensuring innovative and high-quality creative work. The director will implement effective processes, collaborate with various stakeholders, and manage relationships with brand partners to deliver successful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for marketing brand partners within Kraft Heinz.
• Manage the structure and resourcing of the account team to exceed expectations.
• Direct the team's focus to ensure timely deliverables aligned with strategic goals.
• Inspire and lead the account team to embrace The Kitchen's mission and achieve success for brands.
• Collaborate with brand partners and Creative Directors to integrate efforts and voice of the brand.
• Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment, responding to new ideas and opportunities.
• Establish and communicate new processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Accounts, Client Service, Project Management, or a related role in an agency setting.
• Significant experience leading large scale productions.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Proven project management and account management expertise.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Outstanding organizational and negotiation skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience overseeing and delivering against a large P+L.
• Ability to identify and pursue business growth opportunities.

• Experience in social and digital media marketing.
