About The Position

The Product Line Coordinator (PLC) at The North Face plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating information related to product line management, product creation, and go-to-market processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and execution of product categories.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in apparel or footwear product management.
• Strong PC skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong product analysis skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferably Product Management.
• Experience in Marketing or Product Development.
• Experience with technical product lines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage information related to product line management and development processes.
• Manage, order, distribute, and track product samples.
• Generate and manage product assortment grids throughout the season.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on sales meeting tools and presentations.
• Ensure critical gates and dates in the product process are met and updates are coordinated timely.
• Maintain and distribute information for assigned product categories, including line lists and data in Excel and PLM.
• Develop innovative communication methods for product and category information to stakeholders.
• Analyze competitor products and sales programs to inform product line decisions.
• Partner with Marketing to create marketing collateral for distribution.
