About the position

The Theater Battle Management USMC Analyst serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS), providing critical C4I systems support to military units. This role involves both on-site and remote assistance, ensuring the effective setup, configuration, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of TBMCS during deployments, garrison operations, and major exercises.

Responsibilities

• Provide C4I systems support to military units via on-site and remote efforts.
• Set up, configure, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain TBMCS.
• Deliver specialized system interoperability and integration support, including training and troubleshooting for multiple fielded C4I systems.
• Support Marines deployed and in garrison with technical assistance for TBMCS and associated tactical networks.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with TBMCS (Required).
• Familiarity with TBMCS, NetApp, Windows Server 2012, Solaris 10, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Server.
• Working knowledge of Cisco routing and switching, WebLogic, and Oracle database administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and vSphere.
• General knowledge of Tactical Air Command Center and Marine Tactical Air Control Squadron operations.
