About the position

The Theater Operations Analyst position at Patricio Enterprises, Inc. involves supporting the Product Manager for Aerostats in Kuwait. The role focuses on operational support, including managing data and documentation for military operations, coordinating logistics, and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. The analyst will work closely with military units and government representatives to ensure effective deployment and support of aerostat systems in theater.

Responsibilities

  • Support theater sponsored meetings and operational data management, including incident reports and site configurations.
  • Report to PD Aerostats regarding combat posture, system activities, and new directives.
  • Assist in developing documentation packages for site preparation and crew support.
  • Coordinate transportation and housing for PD Aerostats systems crews.
  • Support host nation efforts for PD Aerostats systems, utilizing local assets when necessary.
  • Provide expertise on aerostat systems to military units and assist in developing operational procedures.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or higher education.
  • 5 or more years of experience in military or civilian operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and resolve mission-critical issues.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Expertise with flight requirements for aerostats.
  • Knowledge of ISR systems' effects on aerostats.
  • Experience with aerostat operational procedures and reporting tools.
