We are currently seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team in Winchester, VA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. This role requires a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of the healthcare environment. This position is a 13-week contract with a day shift schedule, starting on June 24, 2024, and ending on September 21, 2024. Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility and quality of life.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and rehabilitation processes.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
