About the position

As a Therapist at Omni Community Health, you will play a crucial role in improving lives and empowering individuals within the community. This position involves providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients, ensuring that each person receives the tailored support they need. You will participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning, which includes developing comprehensive clinical and psychosocial assessments annually. Additionally, you will be involved in crisis intervention consultations, helping clients navigate challenging situations with professional guidance and care. Your work will not only focus on therapy but also on fostering a supportive environment that encourages clients to thrive. Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
  • Develop annual comprehensive clinical and psychosocial assessments.
  • Conduct crisis intervention consultations.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in counseling or social work.
  • Experience working with children with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
  • Understanding of clinical diagnoses and interventions for mental health conditions.
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Reliable transportation for client visits.
  • Certification in first aid/CPR and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a behavioral health organization.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.
