The Therapy Manager at Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital in Oklahoma City is responsible for leading and mentoring the therapy team, focusing on staff development and patient treatment. Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop the therapy team to enhance their skills and competencies.
• Communicate clinical issues related to service or program development to the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR).
• Promote clinical development and expertise among staff to maximize patient outcomes.
• Assist with daily operational management tasks as directed by the DOR.
• Effectively communicate on multiple levels within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) required.
• Current and valid state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP required.
• A minimum of five years of experience in a rehabilitation setting required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
