Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality therapy services to patients in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about therapy processes and home care techniques.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with an Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy and current Oklahoma license.
  • Physical Therapist Assistant with a graduate degree from an accredited PTA program and current Oklahoma license.
  • Occupational Therapist with a graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and current licensure or eligibility in Oklahoma.
  • Physical Therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and current Oklahoma license or eligibility.
  • Speech Therapist with a Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology and current licensure or eligibility in Oklahoma.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in caring for adult and geriatric patients.
  • Basic computer skills and good communication abilities.
  • National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy for Occupational Therapists.
  • Experience in caring for patients of all ages for Speech Therapists.
