The Therapy Talent Acquisition Resource position is a full-time role based in Arizona, aimed at supporting various markets within the state. This position is crucial as it focuses on building and maintaining a robust candidate pool for therapy roles across multiple facilities. Each facility operates independently with its own in-house therapy team, ensuring that all staff share the same goals and values without the interference of corporate red tape. The Therapy Talent Acquisition Resource will also be responsible for developing rapport with candidates, coordinating interviews with onsite management teams, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, the position requires tracking open positions and hires, participating in quality improvement initiatives within the recruitment department, and attending recruitment conferences to enhance outreach efforts. This role is essential in managing the recruitment operations for Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy positions, contributing to the overall success of the facilities in providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop candidate pool and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Source and screen qualified candidates
  • Recruit and source using various tools including internal database, Indeed, LinkedIn, and coordinate Open House events
  • Participate and conduct mixers for recruitment purposes
  • Develop rapport and create positive first impressions with candidates
  • Coordinate with onsite SNF management teams to schedule onsite or virtual interviews
  • Close offers and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding process
  • Track and trend open positions and hires
  • Participate in quality improvement of the recruitment department
  • Attend and recruit at conferences
  • Manage Physical, Occupational, and Speech recruitment operations
  • Participate in various staff meetings, both virtual and in-person

Requirements

  • Must be a local Arizona resident
  • Experience and knowledge base of Healthcare Recruitment
  • Experience as a PT, OT, SLP, PTA or OTA is preferable but not a requirement
