The Claims Specialist at Fleet Response plays a crucial role in managing third-party claims, ensuring effective communication with clients, repair facilities, and internal teams. Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing 3rd party claims, including repair and rental management.
  • Communicate with clients and repair facilities regarding claims.
  • Process shop invoices for payment or payments to customers.
  • Set up rental reservations and follow up on existing rentals.
  • Enter documentation into the claims management system, including claim notes and estimates.
  • Coordinate and balance workload within the claims team.
  • Answer claim calls and questions from clients and staff.
  • Secure documentation on repairs and manage the repair process.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • 2-4 years of related experience in automotive, fleet management, or claims management.
  • Ability to read and interpret business documents and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in vehicle re-marketing.
  • Experience in claims management or fleet management.
