About the position

The Third Party Content Consultant at Jackson National Life Insurance Company is responsible for managing the intake, review, and approval processes for third-party content marketing. This role supports the promotion of annuity advocacy, lead nurturing, and sales enhancement by collaborating with various stakeholders, including Distribution Marketing and Compliance. The Consultant ensures compliance with financial industry regulations while managing project timelines and content inventory.

Responsibilities

• Act as the business approver on third-party and asset manager marketing materials for compliance reviews and approvals.
• Manage the library of third-party content, including asset managers and presentations.
• Partner with marketing team members to align third-party marketing materials with core initiatives.
• Assist internal marketing support teams on various projects.
• Create and manage the tracking process for all third-party marketing materials.
• Stay current on relevant regulatory matters and participate in projects as requested by management.
• Prioritize projects against corporate initiatives, develop timelines, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Conduct research on rules and regulations and make recommendations based on findings.
• Act as a subject matter expert and assist with training new associates.
• Attend industry meetings and inform leadership of best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in insurance, financial services, compliance, or legal fields required.
• FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses required.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and/or insurance industry product offerings.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
