About the position

The Third Party Coordinator / Case Manager at Gen 5 Fertility Center is responsible for guiding patients through the surrogacy and egg donation processes while providing compassionate customer care. This role combines sales and marketing with patient advocacy, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and surrogates alike. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of experienced patient care specialists to deliver exceptional service and support throughout the fertility journey.

Responsibilities

  • Review with patients the surrogacy/egg donation process and address questions/concerns.
  • Advocate the company's third party services with other clinics.
  • Outline holiday and periodical events for surrogates and coordinate event logistics and services.
  • Guide patients through the surrogacy/egg donor journey, including compiling past medical records, the medical screening process, and the legal contract process.
  • Attend all necessary appointments with surrogates/egg donors such as medical screenings, embryo transfers, and other related procedures.
  • Collaborate with the clinical counterpart/the IVF Coordination team on all aspects of patient treatment coordination, including patient communications, review of process/options, scheduling, documentation, and patient education.
  • Follow through with surrogates/egg donors and clinics to ensure proper and effective communication for a successful cycle.
  • Follow internal workflow and SOP to maintain internal records and databases.
  • Help with recruitment initiatives for new surrogates/egg donors within the company.

Requirements

  • Surrogacy/egg donors related personal or professional experience is a must.
  • Have administrative and office experience.
  • Have a sales/marketing background.
  • Experience with EMR cloud-based systems.
  • Awareness and compliance with HIPAA Rules and Requirements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and stay well organized.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and respectful.

Nice-to-haves
