About the position

Hill International is seeking a Third Party Manager in Los Angeles, California, responsible for liaising with local jurisdictions, utility owners, and external stakeholders. The role involves assisting in the development and execution of Third Party agreements, facilitating meetings, and reviewing plans as necessary. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in coordinating transit projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Cover liaison with local jurisdictions, utility owners, and external stakeholders including Caltrans, CPUC, and US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
  • Assist in the development and execution of any Third Party agreements that have not been finalized by Project commencement.
  • Attend, conduct, participate in, and/or facilitate meetings with Third Parties and external stakeholders.
  • Review plans when applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field is desirable.
  • Approximately ten (10) years' experience working as a third party coordinator on transit projects involving multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience interfacing with utility owners and regulatory agencies such as CPUC, Caltrans, and USACE.
